1. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with a payment on our website https://attamarindholidays.com either by selecting a package directly or by using a custom payment link provided by us—you ("the Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and the issuance of a confirmation voucher by At Tamarind Holidays ("the Company").
2. The Booking Process We offer two methods for online booking and payment:
- a) Standard Website Booking: You may select a pre-defined tour package directly from our website and proceed with the online payment for the displayed price. The services included are as described on the public package page.
- b) Custom Payment Link: For customized tours, special offers, or offline discussions, we may provide you with a unique, secure payment link via email or another communication channel. This link will correspond to a specific price, itinerary, and set of services agreed upon between you and the Company.
3. Scope of Services for Custom Links For bookings made via a custom payment link, the services, inclusions, exclusions, and final price are strictly as detailed in the corresponding written quote or itinerary provided to you by At Tamarind Holidays. This official quote shall prevail over any general information listed on the website. By making the payment, you confirm your acceptance of the terms in that specific quote.
4. Third-Party Payment Gateway
- We use a secure third-party payment gateway for all transactions. We do not collect or store sensitive financial data like credit card numbers.
- The Company is not liable for issues arising directly on the payment gateway's platform but will assist in resolving any transaction disputes.
- If your payment is debited but you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately with your transaction details for verification.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Documentation: The Client is responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (ID, passport, visa).
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Changes and Cancellations Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy applies to all booking types.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

1. Information We Collect
- Personal & Booking Information: When you book a tour, either on our site or by providing details for a custom quote, we collect necessary information like your name, email, and travel details.
- Sensitive Payment Information: We DO NOT collect or store your sensitive financial data. When you click a payment link (standard or custom), you are securely transferred to our third-party payment gateway partner. All financial information is entered directly on their PCI DSS compliant, encrypted page.
2. How We Use Your Information Your information is used to process your booking, communicate with you, and arrange the necessary services with our partners (hotels, transporters).
3. Data Sharing We share necessary booking details with our payment gateway partner to process the transaction and with end-service providers to fulfill your tour. We do not sell your data.
4. Data Security We use SSL encryption on our website. The security of your financial data is handled and guaranteed by our payment gateway partner.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy (for Online Payments)

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for all tour packages booked via our online payment gateway, whether through a direct website booking or a custom payment link.
- Cancellation by the Client A written cancellation request via email is required. The refund amount, if any, will be determined based on the cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels, and ground suppliers involved in your specific tour package.
- Calculation of Refunds: Each component of your tour (e.g., flights, accommodations, activities, transportation) is subject to the individual cancellation terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or ground service provider.
- Confirmation of Policies: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will communicate the applicable cancellation charges as per our suppliers' policies. We will endeavor to secure the maximum possible refund on your behalf.
- Notice Period: The earlier a cancellation request is received, the higher the likelihood of a more favorable refund, subject to supplier policies.
- Refund Process
- Method of Refund: All eligible refunds are processed back to the original source of payment (the credit card, debit card, etc., used for the transaction).
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated from our end within 7-10 working days of the refund amount being finalized and received from our suppliers. The time for the credit to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway and your bank.
- Deductions: The final refund amount is subject to the cancellation charges levied by our suppliers, as well as any non-refundable payment gateway transaction fees.
- Cancellation by the Company If we cancel a tour, a full refund of the amount we received will be processed back to your original source of payment.
