Terms and Conditions for Online Payments
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the online payment facility provided by at Tamarind Holidays on our website. By using the online payment facility, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to enter into a legal agreement and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payment Provider
All online transactions are processed through CCAvenue,Paypal,UPI Bank a secure third-party payment gateway. at Tamarind Holidays does not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details on our servers. Your financial information is encrypted and managed solely by the payment gateway provider.
3. Transaction Charges
Convenience Fees: Depending on the payment method chosen (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.), a nominal transaction fee or convenience fee may be applied by the gateway provider. These charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. For international cards, the exchange rate will be determined by your issuing bank.
4. Confirmation of Payment
Upon a successful transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation via email/SMS from CCAvenue and an official booking acknowledgment from at Tamarind Holidays. If your account is debited but you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Service Specific: Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the tour package, hotel, or transport service you have booked.
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved by at Tamarind Holidays, it will be initiated through CCAvenue. It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source, depending on your bank’s internal policies.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that transaction processing fees charged by the gateway at the time of booking are generally non-refundable.
6. Failed Transactions
at Tamarind Holidays is not responsible for transactions that fail due to:
Incorrect payment details entered by the user.
Insufficient funds in the user’s account.
Technical issues at the user’s bank or network provider.
Timeout during the 3D Secure verification process.
7. Security
We prioritize the security of your data. CCAvenue utilizes industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure your transaction is safe. However, users are encouraged to ensure they are using a secure internet connection and a trusted device when making payments.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (Name, Email, Phone Number) collected during the payment process will be used strictly for booking purposes and communication regarding your travel itinerary, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
